I truly realized "This is it" about photography 3 years ago after my little daughter Sophie was born. Capturing her since her first moments with basic point-and-shoot toy this was more than just fun. It felt powerful stopping the time. This dream every boy has saved deep in his heart is becoming a reality. After all aren't we all just dreamers? I knew I could see her from different angles than other people. At that time I just began to feel there is something more than just hitting the shutter button. It's letting someone who's looking at at your pictures after years feel exactly what you felt stopping-the-time.
Wedding Gently pushed by my wife (thank you, Sweetheart!) I decided to get more professional knowledge in this field and I found a great opportunity at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA and New York Institute of Photography.

After a while a friends decided to use my pictures as thank-you cards after there wedding (I just got some candid shots during ceremony covered by professionals) and I think that was the final spark.

In my mind the world is as it is. There is no reason to extremely change any part of what I see. People want the photographers to capture their special day in the most natural way. That's why I just optimize my photos on the computer similar as developing in the darkroom. I'd rather show what I can see through my viewfinder than create a new realty. So there is no perfect smooth skin under your grandma chin or fixed nose of aunt Molly which normally is curved like a paragraph. We need to love people as they are. Every time I photograph I try follow words of Nick Kelsh (one of the best photographers I've ever met):

"Photography is a language best spoken in short, sweet sentences. I try to keep my pictures clean and simple-emotionally and visually. To me, unnecessary frills are just visual clutter".

There is no two same moments, and no two same smiles, looks, feelings visible in someone's eyes. All I can is bring you back to this special moment after 20 years and let you relive your day.
